Ingredients: Jujube

Directions: Add 2 flat tablespoons of powder (15.1 g) into 2 fluid ounces of warm water. Stir until well blended.  You can add milk or honey if desired. May be taken twice a day.

The recommended time to eat: morning and evening. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN

How to storage: Store in a dry, cool place (59-86OF; 5-30OC) one year. After opening, store in a dry and cold place (refrigerator) for 3 months.
